Description
My owners have just bought me, they have made me a few reforms, and they have decorated me with great care. They hope that, when you come to visit me, you will enjoy me just as they do and that you feel at home. I am in a town half an hour by car from Malaga airport.
The best thing about me is my terrace, with wonderful views of the sea and a great space to share with friends and family. oh! The Mediterranean Sea is 5 minutes away on foot!
I have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. Garage space and plenty of space to park in a small olive grove in front of the house. The kitchen is spacious and communicates with the dining room. I have a small garden in front from which you can see the community pool. It is a small urbanization, it is very well cared for and the people who live here are very calm and friendly.
My owners have made sure that you don't miss anything during your stay. I think I can say that I am a very complete house
In this house, the Wi-Fi circulates through the common areas. Take advantage of the rooms to sleep and the terrace to rest.
You have several restaurants, a large supermarket on foot and a beautiful golf court walking distance. There is a bus stop a few minutes away to visit Malaga and surroundings.
And one last thing, please, avoid smoking and bringing pets.
Dear guest, we inform you that the region you are visiting is affected by a severe water drought, which is why we DO NOT guarantee that the pool will be open on the indicated dates. The prices have been calculated assuming that the pool will be closed, so not being able to enjoy this service will not entitle you to any compensation. If on the day of your stay you find the pool open, it will be a plus that you can enjoy. This drought affects all the swimming pools in southern Spain.
