Located on the first floor with an elevator, it is just a 5-minute walk from Rincón de la Victoria beach and is designed to make a stay for 4 people as cosy and pleasant as possible. The apartment is distributed in a pleasant living-dining room with a sofa bed, dining table that can also be used for working, air conditioning, television, and WIFI that reaches perfectly throughout the apartment. The living-dining room is connected to an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob for cooking, all kinds of small breakfast appliances, kitchen utensils, and crockery. It has a bedroom with a double bed each, a bathroom, and a small toilet. It is an apartment designed to accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for families with children, couples, or small groups of friends who want to discover the charms of Málaga and the authentic local life of Rincón de la Victoria, located just 20 minutes from Málaga capital. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate your check-in time. Our standard check-in hours are from 16:00 to 00:00. Located in Rincón de la Victoria, just 20 minutes by car from the center of Málaga, this accommodation offers a practical and comfortable stay in a quiet and well-connected area. The apartment features a bright living room that serves as a rest area and main bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a high-quality double sofa bed, ideal for up to 4 people. Additionally, it has air conditioning, Smart TV, and high-speed wifi via fiber optic to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. From the living room, you can access a small but cozy private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, reading a good book, or simply relaxing with the sea breeze in the background. The kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped with essential utensils, tableware, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and water kettle, designed so that you can prepare your meals with total comfort. It also has a washing machine, especially useful for longer stays. The apartment has a functional bathroom with a shower, towels, and courtesy items for your greater comfort. Among the additional services, air conditioning, high-quality wifi, and access to a community pool during the summer season are included. The urbanization offers shared parking spaces (unassigned), subject to availability. During peak season, there may be higher occupancy, although during the rest of the year it is easy to find a spot. The location is excellent: right across the street you will find a Mercadona supermarket, as well as numerous shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and cafes just a few minutes walking distance. Access to the highway is quick and direct, and there is also a bus stop on the same street, which makes excursions to Málaga and other nearby towns easy. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. If your arrival is scheduled after midnight, we can receive you without any issues.
