The decoration is modern and cozy, with attention to details that guarantee comfort for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob and microwave. In addition, it has a coffee maker and a wide selection of utensils and small appliances to make preparing breakfast and meals an easy and enjoyable task.
The two rooms are bright and cozy. The main room has a double bed and another room with two single beds. The bathroom with shower is comfortable and spacious. It is undoubtedly an ideal apartment for couples, small groups of friends or families with children.
The apartment is equipped with two Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms, and a high-speed WiFi connection, perfect for enjoying movies, sharing photos, or staying connected with family or friends. In addition, the accommodation has a private parking space located on the ground floor of the building, with easy access. Currently, the parking door can only be opened manually, with a key. Therefore, it requires a minimum of force to open it.
