Description
Both the accommodation and its building have been very recently constructed, giving it an avant-garde touch while respecting the idiosyncrasy of the Malaga city.
Our home has 3 independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and two others with two nest beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, fully equipped independent kitchen and living-dining room. With your booking, we make towels and bed linen available to you, carefully cleaned by industrial laundry, and the accommodation also has a washing machine, clothesline and iron.
Its furniture is completely new, decorated with sweetness and delicacy, seeking the guest's comfort and well-being, also giving it a touch of freshness and modernity.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optics, so you can share with your loved ones your experiences in the beautiful destination of Málaga Centre, telework, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online video game.
Regarding the accommodation's air conditioning, it is entirely equipped with aerothermal technology that ensures an appropriate temperature in the home both in winter and summer.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard check-in time is from 4:00 pm until 00:00h (midnight). If your arrival is later than this time, consult with us!

Apartment is in a great location. Host was very helpful throughout our stay with any questions we had. Only downside is that two of the rooms are quite noisy due to the windows not being double glazed.

It is a brand new, spacious, light appartment, great place to stay with several people. Salvatore was a great help in finding stores, restaurants etc. Also, the communication and flexibility of Salatore was admirable. The appartment has a free private parking space. Be aware that the parking garage is very narrow. We had a small car and managed well but I don’t know about bigger cars, definitely no SUV’s. The only downside to the appartment is the street noise the appartment is very poorly soundproof. The front bedrooms are bordering the street and all night long laughing and singing people are loudly passing by, both on weekdays and weekends. When you finally think the city sleeps the morning crew of city servants gather under your window.

The location was very convenient about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where there were a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes. There were also two supermarkets just around the corner of the apartment. The only drawback was the parking space which was 3 floors underneath and the corners were very narrow. Therefore it took quite a bit of manoeuvring for a very large car. It was also very noisy at night when people were talking downstairshaving a party next door.

También tiene dos supermercados a la salida del portal, y multitud de restaurantes y bares. En el plano negativo, decir que la plaza de garaje está en un menos 3, y el acceso es muy complejo. Absterse coches grandes o conductores poco hábiles. También decir que las ventanas aislan del mucho ruido exterior, pero tienen un purificador en la parte superior por donde se cuela todo el ruido. Es como tener la ventana abierta todo el tiempo. Y si te coinciden fiestas u obras, dormirás poco.
