Enjoy pleasant holidays in this beautiful apartment in Málaga Capital, just minutes from the beach, with swimming pool and parking. It has all kinds of amenities and details, and its private terrace makes it an ideal place to discover this fantastic municipality of the Costa del Sol or visit other nearby points of interest.
It features a bright living room with Smart TV and access to the terrace, fully equipped independent kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub and another with shower. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, two of them with a double bed and another with two single beds. We also have an iron and clothesline for clothes.
The terrace/backyard is for exclusive use of guests and is accessed through the living room. Undoubtedly a perfect place to disconnect by reading a book or enjoying a coffee in peace.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fiber optics, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol with your loved ones.
The apartment is located in a building within a residential complex and has access to various services and communal areas such as swimming pool (only open in summer season), tennis/padel courts that can be rented/reserved, children's playground for the little ones to enjoy and underground parking where you can park your car safely and access the building directly by elevator.
Regarding the neighborhood, it is located in a privileged residential area of Málaga, with wide and quiet streets but also with local shops and nearby restaurants, large supermarket and hospital. Free parking on the street and good public transport connections, both by bus, metro and taxi stop. You can also walk to the beach, taking a peaceful stroll.
Dear guest, we inform you that the region you are visiting is being hit by a severe water drought, which is why we CANNOT guarantee that the pool will be open on the indicated dates. Prices have been calculated considering that the pool will be closed, so the inability to enjoy this service will not entitle you to any compensation. If on the day of your stay the pool is open, it will be an additional bonus that you can enjoy. This drought affects all pools in southern Spain.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
For arrivals after 00:00h (midnight), we apply a late check-in supplement that must be paid in cash upon arrival to the agent who delivers the keys:
- From 00:00h to 03:00h: 50 €
- From 03:00h onwards: 75 €
