Description
Cosy and modern recently built apartment located in the Teatinos neighbourhood. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, living room, independent kitchen, bathroom, a private parking space and a complex with a communal swimming pool. The metro stop is just next to the building, making it an ideal apartment to visit the city centre and different municipalities of Málaga.
The neighbourhood is located next to the UMA University Campus and Málaga Justice City, and also features a wide range of restaurants and bars in the area, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and a public hospital.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
For arrivals after 00:00h (midnight), we apply a late check-in supplement that must be paid in cash upon arrival to the agent who hands over the keys:
- From 00:00h to 03:00h: 50 €
- From 03:00h onwards: 75 €

Beautiful and cosy apartment very close to the centre of Málaga, a short 5-minute walk from the Misericordia beach and an excellent area with shops, pharmacy, local market and numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy offered by the Costa del Sol. It is an area with very good bus and metro connections that allow you to reach the historic centre in just a few minutes as well as other peripheral areas of the city. The airport is just 10 minutes by car and the bus and train station are only 1.5km away, and several transport lines pass just metres from the accommodation. This bright apartment is fully renovated and equipped, decorated in a nautical style, carefully detailing aspects that will make your stay more pleasant. It features a bright living room with Smart TV, sofa bed upon request and access to an exterior balcony through its large window, it has air conditioning and heating, fully equipped American kitchen with coffee maker, water boiler, juicer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils, dining area, a beautiful bathroom with recently renovated shower and 3 bedrooms, being able to accommodate a total of 8 people. The building also has an exclusive laundry area for our guests equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing area. Taking into account the importance of being well connected to the Internet today, the apartment has a WIFI connection via fibre optic, facilitating teleworking or Internet use for enjoyment from any device or using its fabulous SmartTV. Undoubtedly, the excellent location near many points of interest in the city, its pleasant terrace and the fact that it is renovated and decorated with care and good taste make this apartment an ideal place to spend pleasant holidays and discover the charms of the Costa del Sol. The location is quite far from the centre of Malaga, however with the close proximity to public transport this was not an issue for us. I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is a little out from the main town area but with the metro you are there in 5 minutes. taxi from the airport is easy and costs approx €20 Carlos met us when we arrived and was very helpful so all was good
