The apartment is located on the ninth floor, to access you take the lift to the eighth floor and then climb one flight of stairs to the apartment.
It features a 1.50m double bed, bathroom with shower tray, bedroom with two 90cm single beds. In the living room you will find a sofa, convertible into a double sofa bed, with Smart TV and an open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob.
The highlight of this accommodation, apart from its decoration, is its terrace with artificial grass, an ideal place to disconnect and sunbathe.
Additionally, the property has a private parking space with access from the same street where the building is located.
